Return and Refund Policy

At Alice & Nora Charleston, we want every piece to feel right on you. If something isn't quite right, we're here to make it right.

Returns

You have 30 days from the day your order arrives to request a return.

To start a return, simply email us at contact@aliceandnora.com. We're always happy to help, and we'll send you the return address along with everything you need to know.

Before sending an item back, please make sure:

  • The item has not been worn, washed, or used.
  • All original tags are still attached.
  • The item is returned in its original packaging.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked service and keeping your tracking number until your return has been received.

Exchanges

If you'd like a different size or color, we're happy to exchange it for you. Just email us at contact@aliceandnora.com with your order number and the item you'd like instead. You only pay the shipping, we take care of the rest.

Exchanges are available within 30 days of delivery, under the same conditions as above.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 days. We'll send you a confirmation email as soon as it's on its way.

No restocking fees

We don't charge restocking fees. Not now, not ever.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please email contact@aliceandnora.com with a few photos of the issue. In that case we cover the return shipping, and we'll send you a replacement or a full refund right away.

Cancellations

If you'd like to cancel your order, just email contact@aliceandnora.com as soon as you can and we'll take care of it for you. Once an order has shipped, we're no longer able to cancel it.
